Ingredients

  1. Tomato sauce
  2. Tomato Paste
  3. 2 ½ lbs ground beef
  4. Chili powder
  5. Minced Garlic
  6. Onions
  7. Mustard
  8. Worstershire
  9. Mustard yellow
  10. Hot sauce
  11. Salt & Pepper
  12. Bourbon
  13. Sour Cream
  14. Diced Red & Green Peppers
  15. Strained Diced can Tomatoes
  16. Chicken base
  17. Chili Beans can drained
  18. Stax All Purpose Seasoning
  19. Ketchup
  20. Cooking oil
  21. Bay Leaf
  22. Hot sauce

Steps

  1. Oil in Pot
  2. Sautee onions
  3. Add ground beef
  4. 1 tsp garlic
  5. Stax All Purpose Seasoning
  6. Tbsp chili powder
  7. 4 dashes wostershire
  8. 5 dashes hot sauce
  9. 1 tsp yellow mustard
  10. 2 heaping tsps. Sour cream
  11. 1 1/2oz bourbon
  12. 1 can diced tomatoes
  13. 2 small cans tomato sauce
  14. 1 can Kidney beans
  15. 1 small can water
  16. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  17. 1 tsp chick base
  18. 2 tbsps Ketchup

All Purpose Baby Back Ribs

ALL PURPOSE BABY BACK RIBS

  • Pat dry Ribs.
  • Sprinkle Stax ALL PURPOSE seasoning on both sides of ribs.
  • Place ribs on a sheet pan with aluminum foil on the bottom.
  • Place ribs on sheet pan and cover with aluminum foil – around all sides.
  • Cook for 3 to 3 ½ hours at 350 degrees.

If you like BBQ sauce you can add (after) the ribs are cooked. Try them without sauce like a dry rub – you can always add the sauce later.

BEST STEAK EVER!

Take Steaks out of cooler 30 minutes before preparation

Shake a generous amount of Stax All Purpose Seasoning on both sides of Steak

Rub your steaks generously with Olive Oil.

Put on HOT charcoal or gas grill getting a good sear.

Add cold chips of butter to top of steak just before turning

Add cold chips of butter to bottom of steak just before taking off grill.

Let rest for 5 minutes – then enjoy a delicious steak!

*Note: Steaks come in several grades. USDA Prime, Top Choice (IE: Certified Angus Beef – It must say certified) and Choice. It may cost more to buy (center cut) New York Strips so you won’t have a vein going thru the steak causing a tough chew. Anytime you buy a bone-in steak you are going to have more flavor.
